Chief Investment Officer
Alex Jackson is Nassau Corporate Credit’s Chief Investment Officer. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1990 and is focused on building a product suite that includes CLO management and other forms of bank
loan investment portfolios. Mr. Jackson has expertise in CLO management, structured finance and high yield debt investment. Prior to joining Nassau Corporate Credit, Mr. Jackson headed Insight Investments’ Bank Loans Team
in affiliation with Cutwater Asset Management (“Cutwater”) and BNY Mellon. Prior to joining Cutwater in 2013, Mr. Jackson was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at CIFC Asset Management. He also previously served as a portfolio
manager at J.H. Whitney & Company. Mr. Jackson began his career originating and structuring non-investment grade corporate loans at financial institutions including ING and National Westminster Bank. He received his formal
credit training at Comerica Bank and earned a BA in European History from Vanderbilt University, a Master of International Affairs (M.I.A.) degree from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Edward Vietor is the Deputy CLO Portfolio Manager and a Senior Analyst on the Nassau Corporate Credit investment team, covering Sub investment grade investments in the cable, telecommunications, media and retail sectors. Mr.
Vietor has 19 years of leveraged lending experience and expertise in CLO execution and management. Prior to joining Nassau Corporate Credit, Mr. Vietor spent eight years at Alcentra as a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager
within the U.S. credit team covering sub investment grade fixed income investments in the cable and telecommunication sectors with additional responsibility for U.S. CLO portfolio construction, monitoring and surveillance.
Before Alcentra, Mr. Vietor was a Senior Analyst for Hamilton Loan Asset Management covering the technology, media, telecom and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Hamilton Loan Asset Management, Mr. Vietor worked
as a Vice President for the Bank of New York Mellon’s Media Banking Division developing lending relationships with companies in the publishing, broadcasting, theatre, cable and internet sectors, with a primary focus on
leveraged transactions. He received his formal credit training at the Bank of New York Mellon and earned a dual B.A. in Economics and History from Connecticut College.
Chris LaJaunie, CFA
Director & Senior Analyst
Chris LaJaunie is a Senior Analyst on the Nassau Corporate Credit investment team, covering energy, commodities, chemicals, and utilities. He brings 20 years of investing experience to the team, most recently as a Senior Portfolio
Manager and Head Trader for International Equities for Shelton Capital, and Senior Portfolio Manager and Analyst for Rivington/WHV Investments. Mr. LaJaunie was also co-lead portfolio manager and analyst of four investment
strategies at Victory Capital: Victory International Fund, International Select, Global Select, and Global Select Long/Short. Before Victory, he was a lead analyst at Deutsche Asset Management on the DWS International and
DWS International Select Equity investment strategies, and Portfolio Manager of a global long/short global resources and commodities portfolio at Morgan Stanley Capital Strategies. Mr. LaJaunie was a senior analyst on the
Emerging Markets Absolute Return Equities team at Oaktree Capital, and also worked with the Distressed Debt team on US utility restructurings. He earned an M.F.A. in English and Literature/ Letters from Louisiana State
University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Vice President & Senior Analyst
Rich Moskowitz is a Senior Analyst on the Nassau Corporate Credit investment team, covering investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. He brings 13 years of relevant experience, most recently as a research analyst
at York Capital Management where he covered investments in the healthcare and TMT sectors for their CLO portfolios. Prior to York Capital Management, Mr. Moskowitz was a research analyst at CIFC Asset Management where he
was responsible for investments in leveraged loans across the cable, telecommunications, printing, and homebuilding sectors. Mr. Moskowitz also worked as a CLO analyst at CIFC Asset Management and, prior to that, as a CLO
analyst in the Structured Finance Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Moskowitz earned a B.S. in Management from Binghamton University.
Vice President & Senior Analyst
Emmy Cheung is a Senior Analyst on the Nassau Corporate Credit investment team, covering investments in the transportation, insurance and metal and mining sectors. She brings 19 years of relevant experience, most recently with
Fitch Ratings Inc. Prior to Fitch, Ms. Cheung underwrote leveraged loans at Ares Management LLC, Golub Capital and CIFC Asset Management Ms. Cheung began her career in the investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase &
Co. She earned a B.B.A. from Pace University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
John (“Jack”) Hale, CFA
Associate & Credit Analyst
Jack Hale is an Associate and Credit Analyst at Nassau Corporate Credit, where he covers investments in the technology, aerospace & defense, financial services and transportation sectors. Jack has six years of relevant experience,
most recently working with Alex Jackson as a credit analyst at Insight Investment and Cutwater Asset Management. Prior to joining Cutwater’s bank loan team in 2014, Jack spent three years analyzing CLOs and CDOs within
Cutwater’s Portfolio Management group. He earned a B.A. with a major in Psychology at Georgetown University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Svetlana Ayrapetyants is an Associate and Credit Analyst at Nassau Corporate Credit, providing analytical support across all sectors to the Senior Analysts. She has six years of relevant experience, most recently as a Credit
Analyst Co-op at CIFC Asset Management. Prior to CIFC, Ms. Ayrapetyants spent five years at Ernst & Young, where she rose to the position of Senior Auditor. She earned an MBA with a concentration in Investment Finance from
Northeastern University and a B.S. (Honors) in Economics from the University of Westminster.
James Uko, CFA
Associate & Credit Analyst
James Uko is an Associate and Credit Analyst at Nassau Corporate Credit, providing analytic support across all sectors to the Senior Analysts. Mr. Uko was previously at Standard & Poor’s, where he was a Ratings Associate covering
the healthcare sector. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Carnegie Mellon University.
Director & Head of Trading
Rob Lambert is a Director and Head of Trading for Nassau Corporate Credit. Mr. Lambert was previously Chief Investment Officer for Endeavor Plus, Inc., a start-up insurance company. Prior to Endeavor, he was a Partner, Member
of the Investment Committee and Head of Developed Market for BTG Pactual Asset Management and, before that, Principal and Senior Vice President at Harbinger Capital Partners, where he functioned as the head trader, launched
and managed a $1bn long/short credit hedge fund, was actively engaged in product development and restructurings in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Lambert also has prior experience as a senior high yield bond trader
with institutions such as RBC Capital Markets, BNP Paribas Securities, Societe Generale and Chase Securities. He began his professional career at Bankers Trust Company in the Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Lambert earned a
B.A. in Economics from Williams College and graduated from the BTG Executive Leadership Series course at Harvard Business School.
Vice President & Director of Reporting & Analytics
David Chow is the Nassau Corporate Credit Director of Reporting & Analytics, responsible for managing indenture compliance, reporting and portfolio analytics. Mr. Chow brings 12 years of related experience to the role. Prior
to joining Nassau Corporate Credit, Mr. Chow spent four years as an Assistant Vice President and the Reporting Manager for the Bank Loan Group at Cutwater. Prior to Cutwater, Mr. Chow worked in the CLO group at Apollo Global
Management (co-sourced with Gravitas Technology) where he was responsible for operations and compliance on both traditional and market value CLOs. Before Apollo Global Management, Mr. Chow worked with Alex Jackson at CIFC
Asset Management. as a CLO fund analyst. Prior to CIFC, he was a structured finance analyst at U.S. Bank. Mr. Chow earned a B.S. in Business Administration (BSBA) from the Boston University School of Management.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Williams is Chief Financial Officer for Nassau Corporate Credit. Prior to joining Nassau Re (the parent of Nassau Corporate Credit) in January 2017, Mr. Williams served as a director of Fidelity & Guaranty Life (NYSE: FGL)
and was Executive Vice President and CFO of HRG Group Inc. (NYSE: HRG). Mr. Williams also served as a director of Front Street Re (a Cayman Islands-based reinsurer). Prior to joining HRG, Mr. Williams was President and
CEO of RDA Holding Co., the parent company of Reader’s Digest, after serving as RDA’s CFO. Earlier, Mr. Williams served as Executive Vice President and CFO for Affinion Group Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Apollo
Management, L.P., and spent more than 21 years with AT&T, Inc. in a progression of senior financial and officer positions. Mr. Williams received a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Florida.
Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary
John Roth is the Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary for Nassau Corporate Credit. Prior to joining Nassau Re (the parent of Nassau Corporate Credit) in January 2017, Mr. Roth was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance
Officer for Venor Capital Management LP. Prior to Venor, he was Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Harbinger Capital Partners LLC, and an Assistant General Counsel to Harbert Management Corporation,
a multi-strategy investment firm in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Roth earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University, M.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Alabama, J.D. (Magna Cum Laude) from the Cumberland School
of Law of Samford University, and LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Roth is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Alabama.
